2012/2013 REFUND POLICY:
 
Refund requests MUST be received in writing via email to: cmhaadmin@gmail.com
 
· Players withdrawing from Cloverdale MHA before August 15, 2012 shall receive 100% of fee refunded. 
· Players withdrawing from Cloverdale MHA after August 15, 2011 shall be entitled to a fee refund of 75% up to Sept. 15, 2012
· Before October 15, 2012, 65% of fee refunded
· Before November 15, 2012, 50% refunded,
· After November 15, 2012 there will be NO REFUND. 
 
IT IS THE RESPONSBILITY OF THE PLAYER OR PARENT TO APPLY FOR A REFUND, IN WRITING TO THE REGISTRAR ONLY.  If the player is expelled or suspended, NO refund shall be granted.
